Average Delivery Times
At Athena Boutique, we aim to offer the best value by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs—and offer our products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, usually ranges between 9 and 15 days.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center within 2-5 days. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
Delays
Although 97% of orders are delivered within the stated delivery time, delays may occur in some cases due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have questions or need updates about your order, you can contact us anytime via email at support@athena-boutique.com.
Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home FREE of charge—no minimum order value required.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible as the order is immediately sent to our warehouse and processed. A 100-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product, within which you can return your order.
